You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

To start a return, please contact us at returns@supernovamind.co.uk with your order number.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding shipping costs).
🌍 Returns for Dropshipped Products (Shipped from Suppliers)

Because dropshipped items are shipped directly from our global suppliers, returns are handled differently.

We only accept returns for dropshipped items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order if there’s an issue.

Please provide photos of the product and packaging so we can process your claim quickly.

In most cases, we will send a replacement or issue a refund depending on the situation.
